Returning to FlightSimExpo meant more than repeating a demonstration. It was a chance to bring the cockpit back to the community, show how the platform had evolved, and learn from another full weekend of pilots.
FlightSimExpo 2025 brought nearly 3,000 attendees and 80 exhibitors to the Rhode Island Convention Center. For Dogfight Dynamics, the busy show floor created exactly the environment we wanted: continuous, hands-on use of the F/A-18C cockpit.
Visitors approached the system from every angle. Some wanted to inspect the frame and panels. Others went straight to the seat, controls, and illuminated forward instrument panel. Together, those reactions showed how a modular product becomes a complete experience.

A return visit makes progress visible.
A second FlightSimExpo offered a useful comparison point. We could see which questions came up less often because the presentation had become clearer, and which parts of the experience still deserved more explanation.
The weekend reinforced our focus on a cockpit that is full-scale, modular, and approachable—serious hardware that can begin as a component build or arrive as a commissioned turn-key system.

Built for a complete simulation ecosystem.
Flight simulation hardware never operates alone. Displays, controls, software, computing, and physical fit all have to cooperate. Events make that systems-level reality impossible to ignore.
Our work in Providence focused on that whole experience: reliable setup, clear access, natural control placement, and a cockpit that invites the pilot to concentrate on the mission.
A convincing cockpit is not a collection of parts. It is one environment organized around the pilot.

The work continues after the show closes.
The most valuable event notes are the ones that survive the trip home. We carried forward observations about documentation, modular expansion, delivery, and the way a complete cockpit should be commissioned.
FlightSimExpo 2025 helped shape a clearer product experience online and a more deliberate white-glove process for clients who want the entire system assembled and configured on site.
