What complete means

One cockpit.
One accountable team.

A turn-key commission removes the burden of coordinating structure, controls, displays, computing, Digital Combat Simulator software, assembly, and calibration across separate vendors. We define the complete system with you and manage it as one build.

01

Cockpit hardware

Chassis, seat, panels, consoles, HUD, canopy structure, mounting, and selected replica components.

02

Controls & displays

Compatible HOTAS, pedals, instruments, screens, interfaces, and mounting configured around your selected platform.

03

Computing & software

Client-supplied or commissioned computer hardware, display output, control mapping, cable routing, software configuration, and system testing as specified.

04

Delivery & handoff

Freight planning, installation guidance, calibration support, and optional white-glove assembly at your location.

White-glove / Available by quotation

We can bring the flight line to you.

The work begins before the installation team travels. Your system is prepared as a commissioned build, then completed and verified at your location.

  1. 01Site review

We review room dimensions, access, power, delivery conditions, and final placement.

  2. 02Workshop preparation

Major components are fitted, wired, configured, labeled, and tested before dispatch.

  3. 03Onsite assembly

The cockpit, seat, panels, controls, display mount, hubs, and cable system are positioned and assembled.

  4. 04Software setup

DCS, displays, VR, launch profiles, control bindings, interfaces, and firmware are configured as specified.

  5. 05Calibration & test

Controls, panels, displays, and software are calibrated and verified through a functional test flight.

  6. 06Owner handoff

You receive system orientation, operating notes, and initial remote follow-up support.

Site readiness

Prepare the room before the system arrives.

Final requirements depend on the commissioned configuration. We confirm the installation plan before transportation and travel are booked.

01 / Power & connectivity

Give the system clean infrastructure.

  • A dedicated 20-amp circuit is recommended for premium installations.
  • Two duplex receptacles near the simulator provide four available plug positions.
  • Reliable internet access is required for software, firmware, licensing, and final configuration.
02 / Room & access

Plan the route as carefully as the footprint.

  • Provide room dimensions plus display, entry, ventilation, and service clearance.
  • Confirm doorways, stairs, elevators, corners, parking, loading, and any restricted access.
  • Final installation address and site details are required before logistics are finalized.
03 / Your equipment

Tell us what is already in the hangar.

  • Share specifications for any computer, display, headset, controls, or audio equipment to be incorporated.
  • Have required accounts, licenses, credentials, cables, and accessories available for commissioning.
  • Room photos, plans, or a video walkthrough may be requested during specification.
