This website is operated by Dogfight Dynamics. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dogfight Dynamics. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this site.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use this store. You may not use our products or services for an unlawful purpose or transmit malicious code.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for a lawful reason. Information you submit may be transferred over networks; payment-card information is encrypted during transfer.

3. PRODUCTS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to describe products, finishes, compatibility, dimensions, images, and pricing accurately. Display colors and proportions may vary. Cockpit fitment depends on the customer’s controls, displays, room, and configuration. Specifications, availability, lead times, and prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We may limit, reject, or cancel an order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable materials, or incompatibility identified before fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount collected for the cancelled portion. You agree to provide current billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. CUSTOM AND TURN-KEY SYSTEMS

Custom-fabricated, personalized, special-order, and turn-key systems may require written specifications, deposits, milestone payments, site information, or separate commissioning terms. Final scope, lead time, delivery, installation, and acceptance terms for those projects may be confirmed in a written quote or agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these online terms, the project agreement controls.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping charges and available services are shown at checkout or confirmed in a written quote. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production, carriers, customs, weather, and other factors outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, damages, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

8. OPTIONAL AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

The site may provide access to third-party tools, payment services, links, or content. Those services are provided under the third party’s terms, and we are not responsible for third-party sites or services except where required by law.

9. USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, or other content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. You remain responsible for your submissions.

Product warranties, if any, are those stated with the product or in a written project agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dogfight Dynamics and its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

15. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Dogfight Dynamics is headquartered, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

17. CHANGES

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes apply from the date stated or as otherwise required by law.
